Good pre workout with no cr*p in it I am not a big fan of pre workout drinks , however I do take different ones once in a week when am out there in the gym to push harder.I take dymatize xpand 2x from last few weeks and this has been a great help . You don't feel that crazy kick of Geranium or DMAA or whatever you want to call it which is potentially very harmful. Since it doesn't have that cr*p ,its pretty safe to use.I'd recommend this to others too. December 10, 2012
