This is the best of the seabuckthorn Have tried several other companies seabuckthorn and in my opinion this is the best. No, the taste is not great, however not as bad as some other heath tonics I've had. What I love about this product is I take a shot glass of this every morning (about 1 ounce) and within days my skin was SO much softer I was surprised. And I don't know for certain if the extra energy is from this product or not, however my energy has improved remarkably since I began taking this. Even my adult son and daughter buy this.
