Works for me!
I have a sweet tooth and I feel that when I smell this, it does curb the craving. It's sweet and pleasant smell seems to satisfy my taste buds so I don't eat as many unnecessary little snacks throughout the day. I don't think you're supposed to use this to lose weight or if you're hungry and your body actually needs food....that's dumb and it won't work for that.

More a gimmick
This was a stretch for me to purchase this item because I felt it was too good to be true. Though the smell is pleasant, it does not do what the label intends. It does smell well and can be calming but as an appetite depressant, FAIL.
