I bought this to replace a shower pouf and will stick with it. This product does a great job with exfoliation and it does not take forever to dry so there's less of a chance for bacteria to grow.

Excellent exfoliation
High quality, dye-free exfoliating towel to pair with your favorite body wash. We (my hubby and I) prefer exfoliating bath body towels over bath poofs, sponges, gloves/mitts or wash cloths.
Our guests love that we always have these stocked in our linen closet for them to use. Great for pampering gift baskets too.
I sewed a small color ribbon on mine to differentiate it from my hubby's.

cotton lycra!
When I first used this, I thought it must be nylon, altho it felt a tad more substantial. The label says it is 90% cotton, 10% lycra. Who would guess? But it does seem strong.
Love this little towel for quick showering and exfoliating. It does make the most of a small amount of shower gel and rinses out easily. It dries fast, without getting a moldy smell. I haven't washed it in the laundry yet, but would put it with delicates and hang dry.
I am buying more of these, for myself and for gifts.
