15 years of a good product
Have taken this product for at least 15 years after colon surgery. Once a year for a week I stop taking it to see if I notice a difference in the way my system functions and do every time so go back on it. I only take 4 tablets in the evening b4 bedtime due to the cost the last few years and do fine with that dose. Take the recommended dose when a need to diet is necessary. I order this by the case.

I find this to be a high quality product, I don't think it's fishy tasting at all like other Spirulina pills have been. I recommend it highly.

I put this in my shake in the morning and feel satisfied and energetic through yoga class.
I researched Earthrise because I wanted to know that the company is conscious about keeping the spirulina growing environment pure from chemicals or heavy metals, which spirulina will absorb.
