This is a mild product. I consider this safe and effective. I have more energy now. I highly recommend oxy cleanse. It is not a laxative . It just removes the impurities from your intestines more effectively.

Works great nit like Oxycleanse better
I am a user of Oxycleanse and thought this may be a cheaper version... it works great I would buy this product again.

Good product
This is a good product in its category, but be careful not to overdo it - too much magnesium can build up if you're not careful. Then you can look up magnesium excess symptoms to check it out.

This product is similar to another I was using and it is much cheaper and works the same. I like that it helps things move out when its time.
