Tastes good and more affordable than some of the other protein drinks I've purchased in the past. Also the calorie, to grams of protein/fat are much better with this product than many of the others. August 28, 2010

MYOPLEX RTD is a great way to... I love the Myoplex Ready-to-drink shakes for a convienient way to carry a shake in my gym bag. That way I can drink it immediately after an intensive workout. The Chocolate Fudge tastes great too! I drink the Lite to keep my calorie intake down. April 7, 2010

Great snack substitute These are great. For something that has 20g of protein, only 2g of fat, and 20 carbs, they taste great. They are not chaulky at all. This is the best ready made light shake i have ever had. I drink them all the time when I am on the go and cant eat full meals. I also use them as a substitute for breakfast. August 28, 2009
