Good Product - Decent price This is the product that my personal trainer recommends. I am on a 40% protein 40% Carb 20% Fat diet, and this makes it so much easier to get the protein required to maintain the correct ratios..... (unlike many products out there that claim to be high in protein but are really not... ie seen products that are quick to point out that it has 20g of protein, what the other products fail to mention on the front of the packaging is that it has something like 60g of Carbs and 30 some grams of fat!! Not so with this product, it has 2x as much protein than Carbs, more than 4x as much vs fat. It definitely helps me keep my ratios in line! Along the lines of price, it's much cheaper than the well known Nutritional Store Chain in town, but only a little cheaper than the health discount store in the area, yet, all the dimes and quarters do add up! If I am able to obtain free shipping, then it becomes worth it to go through vitacost. Oh yeah, one more thing, I love the taste! I drink it at room temp, but my mother also is starting to use the product and says it's better cold. I can only speak for the chocolate..... The only other flavor I tried was cookies and cream and didn't care for the flavor. September 21, 2010
