My husband loves vanilla, so I bought this. He loves it. It has a good vanilla smell, but not too sweet. It's not overwhelming, but lasts a long time. I'm glad to use something that's not synthetic & smells good too!

too floral
This EDP is a combination of vanilla, cocoa, rose & jasmine. The rose & jasmine overpower the fragrance and give it an 'old lady' vibe. After it dries down you can faintly smell the vanilla, but not enough to compensate for the floral notes, which I do not like. Someone on another site recommended mixing in some plain vanilla oil into it, so I will try that to see if it helps. The staying power isn't great either, it fades quite quickly.

disappointed:(
i really anticipated this one b/c i'm a vanilla lover and it's animal-friendly, if i remember correctly. so here it is: this is an interesting vanilla, for sure. i do like it, but it was a little too masculine for me... although that might've been ok if it lasted long enough to mix with my body chemistry. but the scent certainly does not last, unlike their "Ambrosia" version. i hope my search for animal-friendly vanilla oil/perfume will end!

excellent vanilla scent
This is the best vanilla scented perfume I have found. Last a long time. Doesn't give me a headache like other vanilla scents. Natural and not overpowering.
