Good, clean ingredients, but it smears
I've used cake eyeliners for more than 20 years. On the plus side, this Ecco Bella eyeliner is free from the chemicals and preservatives that other, non-natural companies use, and as a sensitive contact-lens user, I've not had any irritation using this product.
On the negative side, this eyeliner does NOT stay put. Even with careful application with a fine artist's brush -- and a lot of experience! -- I can be sure that I'll have a "mild racoon-eye look" within 2-3 hours of wear, which worsens as the day goes on.

good liner
I like this liner. I use it with a small brush and water and put it on wet ..it dries nicely and last all day. Wish it would come in a compact and not in a cardboard box.

Eyeliner doesn't smear, it stays put.
