excellent product
This is the only bladderwrack that retains its potency in a pill form. Tinctures will also be potent- but even they are not as potent as this freeze dried bladderwrack. Don't waste your money on any other kind. It is not to be taken long term by the way.

Empty capsules
I haven't finished the bottle yet but at least five capsules were empty. It makes me wonder if the quality and purity of the product are also as poor and the 'packaging'.
