Stinging nettle Excellent
This product seems to work well for me when I feel symptoms of allergy coming on. Beats using toxic over the counter antihisitmine. For a one two punch I also use quercetin with bioflavanoid and bromelain complex. Really helps.

Works for Me
I find this freeze dried stinging nettle helps me out during allergy season. I pop one or two a day and that usually keeps my sinuses from filling up, though I do sneeze a lot more. Hope you feel better!

helps with allergies
I use stinging nettles with quercitan to help me with my allergies. I've been doing this for several years.
