Delicious and gluten-free! I love these instant cereals. I keep a box at work so I always have something healthy and gluten-free to eat on the days I don't have time for breakfast at home. Since regular oatmeal is questionable for those of us with gluten allergies, finding this company was a revelation for me. I love that there are a mix of grains.
