Eco Teas Organic Yerba Mate Loose Tea Directions
Hot: First, moisten the herb with cool water. Steep in hot water (never boiling) water for 3-5 minutes. Strain and enjoy.
Iced: Steep directly in cold water for 10+ minutes. Strain, then add ice, citrus and/or a sweetener.
