tastes great!! I love Edens nuts. They taste great and not much salt. I tried the plain pumkin seeds and loved the taste so I tried this and I was not dissappointd. Again less salt, if you like salty tastes then this is not for you. I love the idea of eating something that has no chemicals or preservatives in it, and this has a healthy list of fruit, nuts, and seeds. Snacking healthy. I even sprinkle on my salads. March 5, 2013

If you enjoy raw seeds... This mix was a healthy one. I was hoping for more dried fruit, and not so many pumpkin and sunflower seeds. They really dominated this mix. But it was tasty and fresh. May 16, 2012
