Good clean sea weed Good clean Arame. June 1, 2015
Very Healthful & Good! After I soak a little of this in hot water for a few minutes, I then put it over a salad and it is very good. This seaweed is also very nutritious. I was happy to find it on Vitacost at such a very reasonable price. Thank you Vitacost March 21, 2015
Great quality I have been trying to get more iodine (and other minerals) into my diet, and seaweed is an excellent way to do this. Arame is easy to use: just a quick soak, then mix with rice vinegar, soy sauce, and ginger for a tasty seaweed salad. I'm pleased with the quality of Eden Foods arame. The price is a little higher than I would like, but I have not been able to find another brand that matches the quality. March 20, 2015
Great Addition to Salad & Soup!! Very little taste, so it makes a great addition to any soup or salad as it will assimilate the taste of whatever you use it with. Packed with nutrition too!!!! May 15, 2011
Yum. Really tasty and good for you. March 25, 2011
