Great flavor and price! When in a pinch I heat up a can of Eden Organic, through in a little spice and I have lunch. They have zero salt in them, so I put in some peanut butter and pink salt! Excellent! December 25, 2012

Good I did not care much for this product. The flavor (and blandness) did not please me. But, don't take my word for it. Everyone is different. Give it a try. You may like it. October 19, 2012

too spicy for me Like the back beans and rice the Rice and Cajun (you'd think I would have a clue!) Red Beans were too spicy for me. I tried to rinse them off, but I was not sucessful. September 15, 2012

Ok for survival food maybe... Healthy ingredients in a safe can but flavor is ok and texture is super soft and a little 'gooey'. I rarely buy anything canned except beans but bought this based on good ingredients and reviews just to try it. I ate half the can but did not want to eat it again so tossed the rest. Not horrible but not my idea of good. Would work for survival food very well. October 7, 2011
