I cook them with tomatoes and also use them in baking. Great for making blondes. They are sweet and no need to use much sweetener.

Very Good
These beans are very good. I put some jalapenos and Nutritional Yeast on them and I love them. They are mild enough so that many different seasonings would work well with them.

Yummy beans
love Eden products, low or no salt, safe can lining, and kombu saeweed helps aid digestion. I used the Butter Beans to make baked beans and they were fabulous! Also much cheaper here then in grocery stores.
