Good condiment to add variety at a good price
I use this product almost every day. The combination of sesame seeds with the sea salt somehow seem to diminish the salt taste. Good for adding a bit of crunch to a wide range of foods from oatmeal to dinner grains. Good price for Eden product.

I love this stuff!
I used instead of plain salt on just about everything. The added nuttiness pairs well with just about everything I eat, plus sea salt provides a lot more minerals than ordinary table salt.
