Great to thicken soups
I add this to soups to thicken and also adds protein and I love that is organic!

My kids hated it
I thought this would be perfect for my pasta-loving preschooler, but the letters are so small and sort of mush together. My son didn't like it, and I couldn't eat it either.

These are great! They swell to a good size for kids to see their letters. My kids have lots of fun spelling things with the letters in their bowls.

Small letters make this unappealing
When Trader Joe's discontinued their pasta letters, I sought a replacement online. Thrilled was I to discover that Vitacost offered pasta letters. My four-year old was asking after them. My joy was soon dashed when I cooked up the box and realized how small these letters are. They are really tiny! Are we to eat dinner with magnifying glasses to ascertain what letters we have scooped up? My husband describes this as more like rissotto than pasta. I am disappointed (and stuck with six boxes because I decided to stock up!).
