Beautiful, Delicious, Wholesome Organic Pasta Made this pasta for the first time last night. I felt everything about this pasta was special. Reading the side of the box, it is obvious Eden Organics is proud of this pasta, and for good reason. The ingredients are all USA farm grown, organic, with each color of pasta being created from an organic vegetable. The pasta is crafted on vintage Italian equipment and slowly air dried. It is a beautiful pasta and even the foam while it's cooking is creamy and lovely. My family really enjoyed this and I plan to buy it frequently. It costs a bit more but the quality is worth it. Do watch the cooking time. The box says 7-10 mins and mine was al dente in exactly 7 minutes. August 9, 2012

Golden amber durum wheat, family farm organically grown on the high plains of Montana and North Dakota. Shaped using an italian brass die, each color is made separately in its own small batch, patiently dried, and mixed all together just before packaging. Organic vegetables give these spirals their festive colors. A pantry staple, this shape is ideal for holding generous amounts of chunky sauce.
