Caution: Highly addictive! My husband is addicted to these seeds! That's good, since pumpkin seeds are great for a guy's prostate! I think these are quite spicy, so I mix them with other seeds (typically Best of All raw pumpkin seeds and Best of All raw sunflower seeds). I mix them all in a Mason jar, store them in the fridge, and leave small bowls on the table for us to snack on. You will never go wrong with Eden products!
