I have read so much about quinoa and how wonderful it is that I ordered some. I do not know if it will live up to its claims, but it is easy to prepare and tastes good.

I wish people would try this wonderful, healthful grain, instead of the customary rice, pasta, etc. It has a wonderful texture, and is a more nutritionally balanced food than most. Try it, you'll like it!

Red quinoa is a favorite in my diet. Not always easy to locate.
The product is always available through your website and your pricing is reasonable. Packaging is very good and shipping is usually quick. Couldn't ask for a better product or better service.

Source of Protein
Good source of Protein, as it provides 6grams per 1/4 C.
Needs to be rinse about 3 times, before cooking, to remove any bitter qualities of Quinoa.
I make a salad by adding cumin, olive oil, black beans, diced tomatoes, cilantro, red pepper flakes, corn, and lime juice.
Healthy and good!
