Red quinoa is a favorite in my diet. Not always easy to locate. The product is always available through your website and your pricing is reasonable. Packaging is very good and shipping is usually quick. Couldn't ask for a better product or better service. May 6, 2013

Source of Protein Good source of Protein, as it provides 6grams per 1/4 C. Needs to be rinse about 3 times, before cooking, to remove any bitter qualities of Quinoa. I make a salad by adding cumin, olive oil, black beans, diced tomatoes, cilantro, red pepper flakes, corn, and lime juice. Healthy and good! April 9, 2013

Wash several times in cold water. rinse, add 1 cup quinoa to 1 .25 cups of boiling water. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer for 15 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes and fluff. Serves 4.
