Made by Shoyu brewing masters, heirs of the traditional old fashioned way, skilled in the arts of koji fermentation handed down through generations. Koji inoculated the whole soybeans and wheat, enzymes two sets of seasonal cycles, nature, and patient tending create Eden Shoyu soy sauce. Tamari soy sauces impart their own character. Shoyu harmonizes, blends, and enhances the flavors of foods, imparts a bouquet and disappears. It is the best soy sauce for cooking.
