Delicious and Crispy
Eden Vegetable Chips are from an array of garden vegetables - carrot, spinach, cabbage, lettuce, bell pepper, potatoes, and parsley. The chips are flash fried in high oleic rice bran oil and centrifuge spun to remove most of the oil. They're lightly misted with tamari soy sauce and sea salt, and a final oven bake hardens the glaze. These crunchy chips transcend snack foods and are good food. Great with any dip or salsa, and delightfully crunchy when crumbled on soup.
