Milder than I expected
I was surprised at how much powder I needed to use, then I noticed that wasabi is just one of the ingredients. I mixed it directly into my mayonnaise on the lunch meat instead of mixing it with hot water and waiting 5 minutes like the directions instructed.

Potent and Natural
I like the prepared wasabi in tubes, but all the brands I can find have artificial ingredients and other ingredients I don't want. This Eden wasabi tastes good, is fiery, and contains only a few, natural ingredients.

Eden Wasabi
This is a good product but is not as flavorful as the wasabi at your better sushi restaurants. Note that this product does not use organic ingredients. It is not purely wasabi and contains other ingredients such as horseradish. Still we will use it until we find something better.

Nice
This is the real deal. Just mix with a little water and ~viola! I prefer this powder as it contains far less ingredients than other brands or even the ready made paste. Plus you can concentrate the amount you want by adding more powder. Would be nice if it came in bigger can.
