Really low sodium! I actually bought these by accident the first time. I ordered a bunch of different bouillon cubes and thought some were veggie and some were no-chicken and whatnot. Anyway, turns out these were some of them. And, they're really tasty! I use them for a lot of different things: cooking beans from dry, adding to rice or quinoa water while cooking, etc. I can't say it tastes the same as the non-low-sodium, but when you see just HOW MUCH sodium the regular ones have, it is very very worth it. Wonderful I highly recommend all of the Edwards + Sons Bouillon Cube flavors - they are great. These cubes blend easily into liquid, are very tasty, and are gluten free! June 4, 2012

Yum So glad to find a veggie bouillon that tastes good and is not terrible for you. No MSG in this stuff, and significantly lower sodium than you'd expect. But still full of flavor. Will purchase again. May 13, 2012
