I love these cubes, they taste great and are great to keep around to add flavor when needed.

Even my teenager likes this product!
I have not liked many of the vegetarian broths that I have purchased in the past. These Not Beef cubes, however, have allowed me to use my old non-vegetarian recipes with good results! And, my very picky teenager loves to use these with her Ramen noodles since none of those packages have vegetarian options.

Good, but not beefy
Great cubes but not very "beefy" in flavor. Made a stand alone gravy and it tasted like chicken/turkey. Still delicious, just not what expected. I have used these cubes before to make gravy but it was always made right in the pan with ground "beef" crumbles as opposed to on it's own which had a big impact on the flavor.
