Edward & Sons Let's Do Organic Creamed Coconut -- 7 oz
good quality and organic
the reason for 3 stars rating is I need to use only 1/3 of the package each time and it has to be refrigerated after opening. Once refrigerated, it gets as hard as a rock and until you warm it up, it can't be separated. The taste is too sweet for me, but I believe this brand was proved to be of a good quality.
I will most likely not buy this brand any more for above reasons.

Price is right for sure
This is coconut butter pretty much and other brands are twice the price, this comes in a little pouch in a box, I just warmed it up and squeezed it into a mason jar. tastes good and works for anything you would use coconut butter for.. I love the artisana coconut butter but I get 28 ounces of this for less then the price of 16ozs of other brands. I would of gave this five stars for taste and price I just knocked one off for the extra effort of repacking it.

This product is in plastic
Plastic bag makes it very unhealthy. The taste was no good, perhaps because of the plastic. Very disappointing.

This product is similar to coconut butter and is great for no bake candies, baking or cooking curries but it is NOT good as a coffee creamer because it has a lot of fibrous pieces of coconut in the product. I'm going back to Aroy-D coconut cream for my coffee creamer but will use the 6 "lets do organic creamed coconut" ones I purchased just for for cooking.
