Edward & Sons Let's Do Organic Creamed Coconut -- 7 oz
This product is similar to coconut butter and is great for no bake candies, baking or cooking curries but it is NOT good as a coffee creamer because it has a lot of fibrous pieces of coconut in the product. I'm going back to Aroy-D coconut cream for my coffee creamer but will use the 6 "lets do organic creamed coconut" ones I purchased just for for cooking.

Best solution for coconut milk
I use it in smoothies and for any recipe to substitute milk. It is much cheaper and healthy than buying it in a can or tetra-brik.

Delicious, not as smooth as coconut butter
Delicious, but not as smooth as the other brand called "coconut butter." It comes in a brick shape and you have to take out the inner bag and knead it to get the oil mixed back into the ground coconut mixture. Be aware it is not completely smooth, but has tiny bits of shredded coconut that add texture if you are using this in the low carb "chocolate bark" or "coconut bark" recipes out there for fat fasting. Must better price than the coconut butter, but harder to eat with a spoon.

I love this stuff! I try to use as little processed foods as possible because I want to know what is IN my food... but I have a terrible chocolate sweet tooth. This just makes my day. I add organic cocoa powder and vanilla stevia to this creamed coconut and voila, I have my own chocolate YUM! I've tried this with coconut oil and other coconut products but Let's Do Organic is the best by far! I'm sure it is great for other things too, but this is what I use it for all the time!

This stuff is great, I eat it on toast with raw honey and it is delicious. Has a slight grittiness to it but I like the grit. It is every bit as good as a more expensive product, only difference is this comes in a plastic bag inside the green box. After I open it, I just pour it in a glass jar. Took it to my moms house the other night and we drizzled it over some brownies she made.yum,
