Edward & Sons Let's Do Organic Gluten Free Coconut Flour -- 16 oz
There is so much you can make GF with coconut flour. A little goes a long way. 1/4 cup of coconut flour = 1 cup regular flour in your traditional recipes.

Nutricious and delicious flour alternative
I love coconut flour, it is delicious and has so many uses- baking, smoothies, gravy, etc..it thickens recipes nicely, so you can use for that purpose alone. I use to make healthy pancakes/crepe, green drinks, healthy alternatives to baked goods and with chicken stock to make gravy. It provides protein, fiber and a healthy fat. This is one of the best prices I have been able to find on line!

A little gritty
Although this brand isn't as fine as others, I haven't noticed it making an impact on my baked goods. I recommend Nutiva for a finer consistency.

This coconut flour is wonderful! It is very fine, making for smooth baked goods. (sometimes coconut flours can be gritty) One of the great things about coconut flour is that you don't need much when baking with it, and so, 16 oz goes far! One can make a lot of grain-free/nut-free/gluten-free goodies with it! And Vitacost price is the best I've seen! Highly recommend this coconut flour!!
