Edward & Sons Let's Do Organic Reduced Fat Coconut Unsweetened -- 8.8 oz
a bit light on the flavor, but tastes clean
It doesn't actually have as much flavor as some other kinds of dried coconut I've tried, but it also doesn't taste funny or like it has chemicals in it. This is my favorite brand of dried coconut now, and I am really only docking a star off for the lack of flavor. It's decent regardless.

Same Great Taste, 40% Less Fat
The manufacturer's packaging says it all. I was surprised steaming out the fat doesn't affect its taste. There is a slight difference in texture (almost crunchier) and a tad drier from the dehydration process (could partly be because it's finely shredded, as opposed to the medium shred I normally buy.) For your regular baking needs and nibbling out of the bag, you can't beat it. My bag was fluffy and white as snow. Pure deliciousness and half the calories and fat; how can you go wrong?

Great light and fluffy coconut
The bag is huge. It is fluffy and white and delicious. And reduced fat and unsweetened. What more can you ask for.

Just as good as regular coconut, imo. I use coconut every day in smoothies, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt. Or sprinkle some on peanut butter 'n banana sandwiches. You name it.
