Great way to get electrolytes
This is a great alternative to drinking sports drinks that are out there. I find that electrolytes are real important when doing a lot of activities-yard work, lounging at the pool, exercising to name a few.

This is a great product.
I highly recommend this product for replacing your electrolytes without all the added sugars found in the more popular drinks. It has a mild lemon/lime flavor that is not over powering. I like that it comes on packets that I can pour into to my non PBO bottles.I drink it when I'm on my bike rides and skating. It helps to keep my energy going.

Good after a workout
I drink this occasionally during/after my workouts. The flavor is just ok, but it beats Gatorade or other artificial products out there.

Fantastic!!
I don't use this product for exercise recovery but due to the fact I've had my large bowel removed and risk dehydration daily. Having no added sugar is fantastic when you need to consume a lot of liquids a day and plain water just won't do it. Not sure why there is no added salt as potassium requires sodium to be able to be utilised. Nonetheless I'm sure there is adaquate salt in my diet. The flavour is subtle and no cloying after taste which is perfect when you need to drink lots of it. This is the best electrolyte mix I've been able to get hold of and is a great price even when shipped internationally. I enjoy it best mixed in carbonated water to make it more refreshing and also like it frozen into a slushy :)

Love this multi-nutrient mix.
Mix this with water and take with you when you work out. Helps replenish lost nutrients you sweat out during a great cardio workout!
