Can't live without it!!! I read Dr. Lee's book about menopause and he recommends this product! I am 54 and in peri-menopause ( still having periods, sporatically) When using Pro-gest My symptoms (hot flashes, moodiness and headaches etc) have been very small or non-existant. This cream also has a calming effect and relaxes me at bedtime. I also like no parabens!! and the 4oz is a great price!!! May 13, 2013

good product as part of two I have read over and over that this product is good for women to balance their hormones, as the levels drop. I could not find a better price elsewhere for this, and it does not contain parabens nor aluminum. Good product. Get Vitacost's estriol cream too--use these together. May 2, 2013
