No Sweat
I have been using these wonderful little packets for about 5years now and they have actually saved my life. My female classmates look at me and never ever see me sweat and wonder why. When I see one of them stressing and sweating, I pop out an emerita packet and say stop suffering girl, you don't have to go there anymore. So sisters pass it on whenever you see someone stressing and sweating offer them an emerita.......:)

Great product but
I like the cream but I would recommend the tube rather the packets which I find very hard to open.

Peri menopausal relief
I used this years ago for PMS symptoms. As I got older I stopped because of concerns with using hormone like products. I am now peri menopausal and experiencing hot flashes and itching skin. I started using the cream again and the symptoms are greatly diminished. I did let my obgyn doctor know that I am using it and she supports my use of this product. I like that it is a natural product and doesn't contain parabens.

Consistency is important.
This bio identical cream does help if I use it consistently. So when I use it every day I certainly see a difference in my hot flushes (when used for 3 weeks)also my skin is super smooth. However this is only when you use it every day. Sometimes I forget then I go back to normal flushes. Natural Progesterone has to build up in your body over a period of time before you notice a difference. I shall persist.
