Love it I've been using this for a few years and I love it. It's not as powerful as fresh ginger, of course, but I prefer it to fresh because it is so easy to use right out of the jar. And it is much healthier, tastier and fresher than the dry powdered form. It's delicious in soups and stir fry. It is pureed but, because it is true ginger, it is chunkier than, say, pureed garlic. That's the nature of ginger. I love it. August 3, 2012

While this product was fresh and good tasting, it had a good amount of tough stringy fibers in it. It was a turn off for me, so I will not purchase this brand again. May 19, 2011
