Going strong!
Just broke an all time record for myself, 24 hours in one week on an aerobic stepper!
That's four hours a day for six days in a row. I only took bathroom breaks.
At sixty one years old, I've used everything! If someone said a supplement could do something I tried it!
I've been using Accelerade for more than ten years. The question is could I have made the 24 hours without it?
