Ener-G Brown Rice Loaf Gluten Free -- 16 oz
We have been eating this bread for years since my daughter has wheat allergies. Of course, it does not taste like regular bread, but it is almost as good. We all eat it and love it. Oh did I mention you have to toast it. If you don't it is crumbly.

Bread is better when toasted.

okay with my diet restrictions
I have multiple food issues with gluten and eggs being two of them. So, this is a loaf I often get because not being able to eat eggs wipes out the better gluten free breads. Not sure I would really recommend this loaf but "not sure" or "maybe" wasn't an option. The bread tends to be dry as most are. The Schar white bread is better but it's also a great deal more expensive.

Ener-G Brown Rice Loaf Gluten Free - OK
Ener-G Brown Rice Loaf Gluten Free -- 16 oz to me doesn't knock it out the park. It is OK for what it is. The taste and texture is a little strange, but with no gluten in it, that is to be expected. The health benefits outweigh the taste which to me taste a little like sour dough bread. The bread falls apart easily if not careful. Toasting does improve the taste a bit. The great thing is the long term storability for a year unopened and the cheaper price!

This bread was awful.
This bread was dry, stiff and crumbly. So much so that it was not edible. Awful! Awful! Awful! I could not make sandwiches with it because it was so dry and stiff that it would break into pieces as I tried to take it out of the package.
