Ener-G Egg Replacer™ -- 16 oz
Finally something I could get excited about! I recently discovered my allergy to eggs and have been missing the baking part of my life. So far I've used this product in a cookie mix (delicious) and a pancake mix (even more delicious...I think both mixes are Pamela's). Anyway, super easy to mix up and I don't have to worry about eggs! My only advice would be maybe to use less of another liquid to balance out the 2 tablespoons of the egg replacer...it's much thinner than your typical egg/yolk combo.

Better than it looks!
When you first look at the box the gluten-free breadcrumbs come in, you are immediately transported back to the 70's. Flashbacks of Betty Crocker Cookbooks on the kitchen counter surrounded by flour. Remember those good old days when you COULD eat wheat..?
Anyway, used these to coat a couple of chicken breasts the other night. Lightly covered the chicken with mayo, then rolled it in these gluten-free breadcrumbs mixed with some herbed Parmesan cheese - and the meal was deelish! Highly recommend!

Perfect Egg Replacement
I have a friend who doesn't eat anything that has eggs in it
and as a result can't eat the dishes I make when she comes
over. She uses Ener-g Egg Replacement and told me about
it. I did some research and found the best price on your web
site. I made a blueberry cheesecake that required 4 eggs. I followed instructions on the box to the letter and used the egg replacement. Cheesecake came out perfectly and got rave reviews. The only difference is baking time had to be increased by 10 minutes. I also used it in a brownie recipe that also came out well. I'm so glad my friend was able to enjoy both dishes and so did my egg eating friends. We hardly noticed the difference. Thank you for carrying a great product at a great price.
