Ener-G® Egg Replacer™ greatly simplifies baking for people who cannot use eggs. Ener-G® Egg Replacer™ contains NO EGGS or EGG DERIVATIVES. It is not nutritionally the same as eggs.

Ener-G® Egg Replacer™ is designed for use in baking. it works best in scratch recipies. It will not make scrambled eggs. Although it will work well in some premade commercial  mixes, it does not work well in others. Egg Replacer™ mimics what eggs do in a baking recipe.

Directions

1- 1/2 teaspoons Ener-G Egg Replacer plus 2 tablespoons warm water equals one egg. Mix thoroughly before adding to the recipe.

Perfect Egg Replacement I have a friend who doesn't eat anything that has eggs in it and as a result can't eat the dishes I make when she comes over. She uses Ener-g Egg Replacement and told me about it. I did some research and found the best price on your web site. I made a blueberry cheesecake that required 4 eggs. I followed instructions on the box to the letter and used the egg replacement. Cheesecake came out perfectly and got rave reviews. The only difference is baking time had to be increased by 10 minutes. I also used it in a brownie recipe that also came out well. I'm so glad my friend was able to enjoy both dishes and so did my egg eating friends. We hardly noticed the difference. Thank you for carrying a great product at a great price. March 3, 2014

Could Mix Better, but Works I have to be gluten, egg and dairy free for a while. This is helping, but it's not as good as real eggs. It does work better than the flax or chia method though I think those are better for you. I add about a 1/2 tsp extra baking powder per egg when I use this too, and it seems to be a little better. It is hard to mix into water, no matter if I add it to the water or the water to it, and if the water is cold or warm. September 20, 2013
