Ener-G Egg Replacer™ -- 16 oz
It worked fine when I made vegan, gluten free pancakes. I'd just prefer it didn't have the chemicals in it.

Not great, but the best I've found thus far
Egg replacers have a tough job -- my family is hard to please -- and I have yet to find one that works really well, but this is the only product I've been willing to use more than once.

I used it when I bake cupcakes, muffins, cakes. It does the job very well .

Did i use this right?
This did not work for me in panckes or cakes, in fact the batter became like glue and stuck to bowls so bad i had to scrub it out, terrible after taste.

Works well for cookies but thats about it.
This product works for cookies but not for cakes or brownies.
