I was looking for a bread with no corn, dairy, eggs, gluten, peanuts, soy, or sugar. For very minimal ingredients this bread is pretty good. It is best toasted. My local grocery store just started carrying this bread for $5.99 a loaf!! April 17, 2013

Dry and flavorless... Unless you can't eat gluten, I don't recommend this. It's as stiff as cardboard and has about the same taste. If it were moist at all I probably would be able to overlook everything else, but this loaf is extremely dry to the point where it's hard to make a sandwich because it just crumbles. OK This is ok tasting. I just changed to gluten free bread and prefer the taste and texture of gluten free tapioca bread, but for the rice-lovers, this would probably be a big hit. November 30, 2012

dry, dry dry I purchased twice, once from major grocery chain and once from Vitacost, believing that most everything and everybody deserves a 2nd chance. This bread is dry no matter where its purchased from. Will grind up to really dry, fine bread crumbs November 19, 2012

Storage Recommendations:
Ener-G® Foods recommends that once opened products be put into an airtight container and refrigerated. Freezing our products in their original packages causes them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze our products it is best to remove them from thier original packages and place them in a freezer friendly container. Once opened our products can last a few days, with refrigeration they last approximately 1 week.
