It taste great.
I substituted this flour for white flour and it was great. you wouldnt know you were eating something healthy, and it didnt change the texture or taste. I just wished there were more product. the box is tiny for someone like me who likes to bake so buy more than one.

delightful taste
I was skeptical buying rice flour in place of wheat and white. I wanted to make healthy sugar cones, but my wheat flour did not work because it turned out too soft and moist, or rubbery should I say. I was surprised, however, that the rice flour worked PERFECTLY and was so tasty. MMM! It's way better than regular sugar cone recipies!
