Another great ingredient for gluten free baking
This flour is great for giving my gluten free baked goods an excellent texture and mouth feel. Although not as nutrient packed as some other flour choices, it produces great results and is relatively inexpensive. Store great at room temperature too!

I use this product to make homemade noodles along with brown rice flour. You cannot tell that the noodles are gluten free.
