Great Gluten Free Rolls

"Since I must eat gluten free and also count my points plus because I am also on Weight Watchers, these rolls are perfect. I use them for breakfast sandwiches, hamburgers, etc. They do not have to be refrigerated until you open the package. They will keep for about 1 year! You can put them in your toaster or simply microwave after slicing for about 20 seconds. I love them."

"I'm always hesitant to try new Gluten Free items as I've been disappointed too many times to count! These things are amazing. I definitely recommend heeding the directions about heating them because it makes them soft/chewy versus crumbly. Will buy again!"

"I actually purchased these rolls to be used as hamburger buns. They work great...perfect size. I only needed one and froze the rest so we'll have to see how they work for my next hamburger (or chicken patty)."

Storage Recommendations:
Ener-G® Foods recommends that once opened products be put into an airtight container and refrigerated. Freezing our products in their original packages causes them to dry out and crumble. If you wish to freeze our products it is best to remove them from thier original packages and place them in a freezer friendly container. Once opened our products can last a few days, with refrigeration they last approximately 1 week.
