Good rolls, not great
These are pretty decent - I've had worse gluten-free bread, but I've had better (granted, the better ones I've had are higher in fat). Definitely need some time in a toaster oven to give them a decent texture. Good size for a small sandwich, and very reasonably priced, so I'd buy them again.

Dry, tasteless and just awful!
I had such high hopes for a leftover Thanksgiving turkey sandwich today. I even cut the roll into thirds, so I could soak the middle slice in gravy, but that didn't help. I tried lightly toasting, then microwaving to soften it. They were stale, dry, had no flavor, even with the stuffing, gravy, cranberry sauce. What a disappointment. I will never buy these again!

Great product
I love these rolls! I use them as buns. They are the best I've found and they are so easy to use. Most gluten free products are frozen so it is so refreshing to grab the package from the pantry and only have to cut it rather than pry it apart and thaw!

great bread alternative
I was open minded about trying this bread and i'm glad i did so.It's not bad, not bad at all.The only thing i found at first was getting used to the texture.

Horrible
I ordered 2 packages. They were so stale that they wouldn't get soft even in the microwave.
