Ener-G Tapioca Loaf Gluten Free -- 16 oz
Not the best GF bread.
Ener-G Tapioca GF bread is just ok. The price is certainly cheap but I'm still a believer that you get what you pay for. I'd rather pay more for a bread that has a better texture.

Excellent bread for toasting etc
Especially if you are trying/needing to avoid wheat, it is excellent in texture and flavor. Tapioca is also reported by some to be an estrogen-inhibiting food stuff.

A lighter Sourdough
This bread is great if you need it shipped to more remote locations since it is vacuum sealed. The texture is only slightly dry. It holds up well as toast. I haven't tried using it for sandwiches yet, so I don't know if it will crumble like some GF breads. It has a light 'sourdough' flavor which I find is great with jams for a snack.

EnerG tapioca bread
This bread is very good. It's vacuum packed for a long shelf life without freezing, therfore you can purchase in bulk eliminating the need to buy bread once a week. It doesn't crumble as much as Rudi. Its a good soft white bread for sandwiches and almond butter and jam, chicken and tuna salad. The slices are size. Toasts well. Low calorie and lower sugar than others.

Daughter likes it
My very picky 5 year old daughter likes this bread for sandwiches. I'm just happy that she tolerates it after making the switch to gluten-free. If you store it properly, as indicated on the package, it won't be crumbly! (In an air-tight container in the fridge....NOT in its original package)
