Would not buy agaln
This bread came in a plastic cover inside a plastic bag with a preserver package inside. Good...so I had open bread and put both of these in the freezer. When I got one out in small warning on the side it says do not freeze in orig packaging or bread would dry and crumble and that's what it did. Why not red bold letters on top? Regardless of the tgexture it has a weird medicinal taste. Other brands for the same price at the grocery store are much better......Will not buy again!

There are better GF breads out there
This gluten free bread is ok. It comes out of the package pretty dry, so you have to toast it to make it taste ok. There are certainly better products out there such as Udi's bread that taste better. Udi's is just a little bit more expensive. Although Udi's has a shorter shelf life (like regular gluten bread). This Ener-G bread has a long shelf life, and is good to keep on the shelf for emergencies.

Great for toast!
I enjoyed this bread toasted in the mornings. Works best if toasted or used for grilled sandwiches as gluten free foods are more dense.

Disappointed
I had ordered Ener-G Corn loaf before and really liked it. Tried this one and very disappointed. Dry, dry, dry ... no substance, just falls apart. Will NOT be ordering this again. Looks like my squirrel friend will be getting some gluten free bread. The Corn loaf is MUCH better. This stuff is dry as sand.
