Basic Bread Machine Loaf
1-1/2 tsp Dried Yeast
1-1/2 cups White Rice Flour
3/4 cup Brown Rice Flour
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
1 tsp Salt
2 tbsp Sugar
1/3 cup Dry milk substitute
2 Large Eggs
3 tbsp Margarine (melted)(or Vegetable Oil)
1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
1 cup Water, warm
Mix all dry Ingredients in a large bowl. Mix in eggs, margerine, vinegar and water. Stir together just to mix. Place in the oiled bread machine pan. Use the light setting or set programmable machines to one knead and one rise cycle.
