This has been a huge help!
I have been using this product for over a year and have found it to be very effective in dealing with perimenopausal symptoms. My main issues have been moodiness, night sweats and brain fog. When I don't use it I definitely notice a difference!

Life changing
I've been using this product for 6 months now and I am afraid to stop. No mood swings. Wish I would have known about it sooner. Originally bought at whole foods, but they do not always carry at the store I frequent. It's easier to mail order and cheaper

I highly recommend this product
I'm on my third box, and am afraid to stop using it! It took a month and a half of regular use before the "power surges" mellowed out; now, I never want to go back to where I was. This product works very well!

I'm A Much Happier Woman with AM/PM Menopause
My best girlfriend told me about this product. I initially purchased it at Whole Foods (they no longer carry product). It worked the first day. I was experiencing horrific night sweats and my day mood was horrible (I'm an easy going individual). Since taking this product, my old self has returned and hot flashes are a distant memory. My night sweats have ceased and I'm able to sleep throughout the night. I keep my AM pills in the kitchen next to my coffee pot and my PM pills on my nightstand. Ladies, try this product and you too will be a much happier woman!

This product really helps
This seems to lessen hot flashes (or 'just warm' flashes) if it is taken consistently. That's why I chose to take it initially. I picked this particular brand as I feel Enzymatic has good quality products.
