My doc recommended I take this for my adrenals and I've noticed a big difference, especially at night when I used to feel wired and it kept me from falling asleep.

Wired and nervous
This product made me feel wired, nervous and shaky with a single capsule. I didn't like the feeling, and over a few days it got worse, not better. I am now getting herbal adrenal support through a naturopath, and that is working better.

Adrenal Stress has been the best for me, helping my energy level. It works better when staying on a special diet I need. I have used this for 4 years.

Good adrenal support line of products
I had been waking up in the middle of the night, and finding myself unable to easily go back to sleep, rather than my usual mode of falling right back out. I had done an adrenal function saliva test a few years back, and had high evening cortisol, and had done some things back then, and recognized that this seemed like trouble edging back, so I tried their basic Adrenergize product, based on some recommendations on a few forums. It seemed to be working pretty well, I was noticing a significant difference. I noticed they also had this product, and I decided to try it, this during the day, the other at night, and things are going even better. When things settle back down, I will go back to using just the other one. I see they also have a sleep specific blend, which I will try if my sleep acts up again. This line seems to be effective for me, you will only find out for yourself by trying it, we are all different.
