May work a little but unsure
I was hopeful this was going to give me the help to sleep through the night but it. really hasn't. Possible cut down on waking some nights but not others. Can't really give a poss. yes it works

SO AWESOME ! ! ...FINALLY I CAN SLEEP GREAT ! ! !
After taming my nightime usage of cellphone and computer, keeping them out of my bedroom, I was still having some difficulty sleeping. it works
this product definitely helps me sleep. I don't stay asleep all night long, but I get a lot more rest than if I don't use it.

Helps me fall asleep
I use two capsules of this, and 400mg of magnesium citrate, and I am able to fall asleep quite easily most nights. I like that it is melatonin-free, since you really shouldn't use melatonin regularly since it is a hormone.
